Traffic CasesMarch 31 — Dep. Michael Thomas worked a two-vehicle accident on KY 36, six miles west of Cynthiana. In the Dollar General Store parking lot, Jose Lopez was coming into the parking lot to park and was backed into by a car leaving a parking spot, driven by Rachel L. Haley.
March 27 — Dep. James Sexton worked a single-vehicle accident on KY 32, less than one mile from Cynthiana. Timothy C. Mitchell, Paris said his vehicle pulled to the right causing him to run off the side of the roadway and strike a utility pole.
March 26 — Lt. Tuan Kreer worked a two-vehicle head-on accident on KY 32, three miles east of Cynthiana. Kaleb Johnson, driving westbound, said his vehicle lost traction in a curve and he went across the center line, striking an on-coming vehicle driven by Kurt Fight. The two vehicles collided, head-on.
Case ReportsMarch 31 — Lt. Tuan Kreer responded to a possible domestic related incident on KY 392. Upon arrival Lt. Kreer determined it was not a domestic dispute, but a verbal argument between the property owner Zachary Wheeler who wanted his stepson, Jackson Marsh to leave his property. Mr. Marsh said he was just visiting his mother, but Mr. Wheeler said it was time for him to leave.
March 29 — Dep. Josh Puckett was dispatched to Stratton Road for a possible domestic situation. Upon arrival, Lisa Kendall said her ex-boyfriend, Ethan Farrow came to her home in his truck and started blowing the truck’s horn and began yelling at her. He then exited the truck and tried to enter the home by kicking the door down. She let him in the home and alleges he went into a bedroom and retrieved a pistol, then pointed the weapon at her. Upon arrival, Dep. Puckett said that Mr. Farrow had already left the residence.
March 27 — Dep. James Sexton was dispatched to Harrison Memorial Hospital for an apparent accidental gunshot situation. Several friends were together at Christopher Hall’s home. Macy Martin was looking at a 9mm pistol and began taking it apart when it accidentally discharged, hitting Mr. Hall in the arm.
